Many different builders have offered homes for sale here over the years. A large percentage
of homes were built custom for the owners. As a result, there are not identical homes, but

Quite a number of owners are original. I am one of those, having resided here 25 years!
People just don't want to move away once they are here. If they move, at all, they move

Where is it? It is located in the southern end of Richland, accessed by Highway 240 or
Interstate 182 across the Yakima River. The main entry is off Columbia Park Trail.
Another entry is off Leslie Road, west on Canyon to Hills West Way.
The Hills West Neighborhood Pool & Tennis Club membership is available and optional.
Memberships are generally available at a reasonable price. The annual dues have
been $360. The season usually begins around Memorial Day and ends about Labor Day.
